About Us

When the founder Amina was a little girl her grandfather introduced her to fresh fruits and vegetables. Her grandfather drove a van for a fruit company to surrounding states of her home town in Indianapolis, Indiana to drop off to businesses. He would often share with her family. Eating fruits and vegetables felt more like a privilege than a necessity growing up. The eating patterns that we establish in the first few years of life influence our health well into adulthood. She became a registered nurse because she wanted to educate and advocate for her community. She later went on to obtain her Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree and then said what now?? A small health scare drew her to herbal supplements to promote overall wellbeing. She learned that the body is more than the individual body system and addressing the mind, body, and soul was essential to achieving full vitality. She is inspired to teach her daughters how to utilize plant-based supplements and pass this on for generations to come.
